What Does The Job Entail
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to Rhone’s Co-Founders, enabling them to operate at the highest level of effectiveness while helping drive alignment and operational excellence across the organization.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and key meetings, prepare executive materials, and act as a trusted liaison across teams and external partners. In addition to executive support, this role will play a key part in facilitating communication, supporting company initiatives, and ensuring the day to day operations of the office run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and anticipates needs before they arise. They are comfortable managing sensitive information, navigating shifting priorities, and helping leaders stay focused on the most strategic aspects of the business.
What You’ll Do
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Rhone’s Co-Founders, helping them manage priorities, optimize time, and stay focused on strategic initiatives.
Own and manage complex calendars for the founders, including coordinating internal and external meetings, cross-functional sessions, and leadership offsites.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents to ensure leaders are well prepared and aligned for key discussions.
Serve as a trusted liaison between the founders and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate all travel logistics for the founders and key leadership team members, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, dining, and detailed itineraries.
Proactively adjust travel arrangements as schedules and priorities evolve.
Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking for executive team members.
Manage general administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, scanning, mailing, and other operational needs.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Plan and execute company events ranging from team lunches to the annual company-wide offsite.
Partner with leadership and People teams to support initiatives that foster employee engagement and connection.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the founders and leadership team.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency across the office.
