THE GIST
Our client, a high-growth tech startup building a purpose-driven AI platform, is seeking a highly polished & adaptable Executive Assistant to support the President and a Senior VP. This is a critical, high-visibility role requiring exceptional emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to seamlessly navigate two senior leaders with distinct working styles and priorities.

THE NITTY GRITTY

Provide comprehensive executive support to the President and VP, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning

Act as a strategic partner, anticipating needs and proactively solving problems before they arise

Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communication across internal and external stakeholders

Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and key initiatives

Coordinate logistics for internal events, offsites, and leadership meetings

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment

Build strong working relationships while tailoring support to each executive’s preferences and style

THE ESSENTIALS

5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within high growth tech companies, venture capital, or hedge funds

Exceptional professionalism, communication skills, and executive presence

Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate different personalities effectively

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Resourceful problem-solver with a “no task too big or small” mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and change

LOCATION
New York City (Onsite)

COMPENSATION
$150k-170k base salary + bonus + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)

*Compensation is aligned with experience, level, and role scope. Most offers fall within the mid-range, with the top of the band generally reserved for candidates with extensive, directly relevant backgrounds. Leveling is determined during the interview process.
