Executive Assistant to Managing Directors (Senior-Level)
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Schedule: 8:30am–5:00pm
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base + 11–15% bonus
About the Role
This is a newly created Executive Assistant role supporting three Managing Directors on a high‑performing, client‑facing advisory team.
The executives work with high‑net‑worth clients and are extremely sharp, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on. Two of the leaders are highly particular and have never had Executive Assistant support, making this role ideal for a seasoned EA who can confidently step in, create structure, and operate as a true partner to senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to three Managing Directors
Manage complex, fast‑moving calendars and meeting schedules
Coordinate travel and detailed itineraries
Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
Monitor and manage executive inboxes with discretion and sound judgment
Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for senior leadership
Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and proactively solve problems
Support client‑facing meetings and day‑to‑day executive operations
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 8–10 years of Executive Assistant experience (preference for more)
Proven experience supporting senior‑level executives in demanding environments
Ability to work with highly particular, high‑expectation leaders
Strong executive presence, judgment, and discretion
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with some flexibility outside of standard business hours
Advanced proficiency in Outlook; Concur experience required
Financial services or professional services background strongly preferred
