Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager
Responsible for maintaining member and co‑worker relationships, managing branch operations, processes and staff, by building on a team‑focused environment which centers on providing a high‑quality member service experience.
What You'll Do
Plan, direct, organize and oversee operational activities of the branch, including branch sales and branch security.
Manage personnel including hiring, training and staff development.
Assist branch staff in resolving complex member issues, questions, or complaints.
Provide leadership and oversight to the branch to ensure its effectiveness in achieving the Credit Union’s goals and overall success, and the branch’s productivity and performance‑based goals.
Maintain professional and positive public relations with members by actively participating in union functions.
Maintain a current notary public certificate.
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members and uphold a standard of professionalism, actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services while ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures, and current promotions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Manager: Associate’s degree in an applicable field and minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar role OR high school diploma/GED and minimum 6 years of work experience in a similar role.
Supervisor: Associate’s degree in an applicable field and minimum 1 year of work experience in a manager‑level role OR high school diploma/GED and minimum 3 years of work experience in a manager‑level role.
Effective organizational, multi‑tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Proficiency with JHA Symitar preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
