Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor
Position located at Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California. The hospital offers a 120-bed acute‑care facility and unique services such as pediatric emergency services and a full‑service OB/GYN program.
A $6,000 sign‑on bonus is available for successful candidates.
Reporting to the Director/Manager, the Clinical Supervisor will provide excellence in patient care, collaborate with teams, and lead on assigned unit(s). Responsibilities include assessments, treatment, and coordinated care based on patient or family needs; practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies; model core values; guide and support staff; apply critical thinking to patient care, flow, problem definition, data collection, and conclusion drawing.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent department‑specific experience. Charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred. Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program required; BSN preferred.
Required Licensure / Certifications
Registered Nurse with current California RN license
BLS (AHA) Certification
ACLS (AHA) Certification
PALS (AHA) Certification
NIH Stroke Certification
CEN/CCRN encouraged
