This position will be a full time driver with some early mornings, potentially late evenings, with on‑call rotation and every other weekend responsibilities.
Position Description
As a Transportation Driver, you are responsible for the safe transport of residents to and from appointments and outings, assisting with resident care programming, performing vehicle safety checks, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
Qualifications
Clean driving record
Must be a Certified Nurses Aide
CPR certification
Customer service skill
Time management skill
Ability to read, write and speak the English language
General Duties and Responsibilities
Able to provide resident care programming
Drive safely
Perform vehicle safety and maintenance checks per company guidelines
Positive interactions with others
Consumer Service
Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech
Adheres to company standards for vehicle safety and maintenance
Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected
