Inventory & Supply Chain Analyst
Oversee the management and optimization of inventory operations across a national wholesale accessories business. The role involves maintaining accurate product data, forecasting inventory needs, and enhancing supply chain efficiency. The analyst collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve business targets and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer a large volume of SKUs within a Product Information Management system while improving operational efficiency
Maintain accurate and consistent product data across all distribution channels, including descriptions, imagery, and categorization
Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to proactively manage supply chain operations
Monitor and control upstream and downstream supply chain activities to ensure product availabilityPerform detailed inventory analysis and maintain accurate product coding and classification
Identify system enhancements and support implementation of process improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory and operational workflows
Support events and activations to promote product lines and achieve business targets
Develop and maintain process documentation, working instructions, and control measures
Ensure compliance with data security policies and proper handling of sensitive information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support operational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics or a related field of study
3 years work experience preferred; preferably in the areas of supply chain operations or logistics
Reporting, analytic, and project management experience is preferred
Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel)
Statistical data analysis (SAS/JMP, R, MS Power Query, etc.) experience is a plus
Independent work style, self-starter, extremely organized and structured
Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to excellence/detail
Experience in project management, marketing projects, and reporting
Ability to work with a wide range of colleagues and internal/external partners
Capable of making decisions; often with limited information and/or time
Goal oriented, and thrives on product management and problem solving
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Functions well under stress and easily adapts to changing scenarios
Persistent, tenacious, adept at follow-up
Preferred (Optional): German language skills are a plus

The base range for this contract position is $30.86 - $40.86 per hour, depending on experience. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
