The Land Warfare and Air Defense (LW&AD) team is seeking a highly motivated finance professional (P3) to join the MRAD Product Area as a Netherlands CITADEL Finance analyst. The flagship product within the MRAD portfolio is the NASAMS system, built in partnership with Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA). The system includes a RTX built AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel Radar, a KDA Fire Distribution Center and a Launcher that uses both KDA and RTX components. NASAMS is currently deployed in over 10 countries around the world and the LRP has multiple Domestic and International Captures.
The successful candidate will collaborate with key leaders within the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain and IPT Leads providing the team with financial management, insight and solutions to better drive the program needs. The role supports the management of cost control, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program.
The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management and execute hands on with the finance team.
What You Will Do

Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
Provide monthly variance and data analysis
Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development
Establish and maintain program logs (MR,UB, BCRs, etc.)
Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes
Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer

Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with program controls, program scheduling, cash management, and financial planning and reporting
Experience working in a government contracting environment with knowledge of contracts governed by both FAR and DFARS
Proposal development experience
Experience with Earned Value Management

Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
