About the Role
The Land Warfare and Air Defense (LW&AD) team is seeking a finance professional (P3) to join the MRAD Product Area as a Sentinel (SES) Financial Analyst. The role supports the management of cost control, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Earned Value Management.

Provide monthly variance and data analysis.

Develop and support quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE).

Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.).

Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs).

Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes.

Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.

Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint).

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer

Analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Self‑starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with program controls, program scheduling, cash management, and financial planning and reporting.

Experience working in a government contracting environment with knowledge of contracts governed by both FAR and DFARS.

Proposal development experience.

Experience with Earned Value Management.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.

Work Arrangement
The role is offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) and is based at the Andover, MA location. Relocation assistance is not offered.
