11:00 PM- 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
Serve as the nurse-in-charge, confidently handling clinical and staffing needs
Coach, mentor, and support team members to help them succeed
Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development
Conduct shift reports to ensure seamless continuity of care
Help maintain proper staffing levels and scheduling support
Drive Clinical Excellence
Perform and oversee comprehensive resident assessments
Monitor changes in condition and act proactively
Administer and oversee medications, treatments, and procedures
Communicate clearly with physicians, families, and care teams
Ensure accurate, timely documentation in medical records
Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies
Support residents and families with care plans and education
Ensure Quality & Compliance
Uphold all state, federal, and facility regulations and standards
Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain infection control and safety protocols
Report incidents and changes in condition according to policy
What You Bring
Active RN license in good standing
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
At least 2 years of RN experience in long-term care or similar setting
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical documentation
Knowledge of nursing home regulations and resident rights
Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS a plus)
Vent experience preferred
