- No prescribing, no treatment

- Ft Irwin: 1 day/week
- Sonora: 1 day/week
- Eureka, Victorville, Ridgecrest: 1 day/week
- Ukiah: 2 days/week • Malpractice Insurance Covered

Requirements:
• Active CA license
• BC
• Own personal laptop (No MAC/Apple)
• DMA Certification or willing to obtain
• Provider must have their own office
• Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular.
• Must be within 50 miles of location
