The Role
A global logistics provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, focused on the Texas market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, internationally recognized organization offering end-to-end supply chain solutions.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships. Taking a consultative approach, you will identify customer needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions across transportation, freight forwarding, and warehousing services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert new business opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Develop strategic plans to target key accounts and grow market share
About You
Proven track record in international freight forwarding sales
Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and domestic transport solutions
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Commercially astute with a consultative sales approach
