Position Overview
Medcor is hiring a full‑time EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to serve as an Onsite Health Technician in our employer‑based occupational health clinic in Redmond, WA. This full‑time role works Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional Fridays.

In this position the technician provides first‑aid care and treatment by triaging employees after an injury using step‑by‑step care protocols, supports employees with wellness education, and manages daily clinic operations—including ordering supplies and ensuring compliance. The role collaborates with the employer’s Safety Team, HR, and medical providers at off‑site urgent care and hospitals, working independently while receiving remote support from the operations manager and Medcor staff.

Typical Day

Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations

Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s clients and employees

Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs)

Build and maintain internal team relationships

Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts

Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety, and environmental practices

Collaborate with client HR and benefits professionals on clinic issues

Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools

Conduct pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings

Perform Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)

Manage casework and OSHA record‑keeping

Qualifications

Work independently with strong time‑management and organizational skills.

Have valid licensure applicable to the position (EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) and current CPR/BLS certification.

Strong computer and technology skills, including familiarity with EMR software.

Physically able to lift a 50‑lb emergency response bag.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive, outgoing personality.

Dedication to providing high‑quality care.

Preferred Qualifications

Comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment.

Relevant occupational health experience.

Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
