Job Overview
Family Dental Health of Reidville is seeking an outgoing, team-oriented Dental Business Associate to maintain and organize front office administrative functions, including reception tasks, phone answering, and maintaining patient records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize all administrative front office functions, such as reception tasks, phone answering, and distributed calls or messages effectively.
Communicate patients' arrival promptly and maintain administrative records.
Work with administrative scheduling, documenting patient treatments and payment transactions.
Follow procedures for patient referrals and scheduling office appointments.
Make financial arrangements with patients before treatment and handle collections.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work in a professional environment with direct patient contact, including an outgoing and friendly demeanor.
Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced team environment, with strong administrative organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal communication.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
Preferred Qualifications
One or more years of dental front‑desk experience.
Experience with Denticon or ability to learn.
