Responsibilities
Maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office, including reception tasks, answering office phone and distributing calls or messages effectively, communicating patients' arrival promptly, and maintaining administrative records.
The Business Associate will also work with administrative scheduling, documenting patient dental treatments and payment transactions, following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling office appointments, making financial arrangements with patients before treatment and handling collections.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work in a professional environment with direct patient contact, including an outgoing and friendly demeanor, greeting patients with a smile as welcomed guests to the practice.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment, including administrative organizational skills, learning quickly, and accepting constructive feedback. Self-motivated and driven for team success.
Exceptional customer service skills, including both written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
Preferred Qualifications
One or more years of dental front desk experience.
Denticon experience (or the ability to learn).
