Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support daily Warehouse and E-commerce operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for ensuring workflows run efficiently, team performance stays on track, and operational issues are resolved quickly to maintain productivity and accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
Support daily warehouse and e-commerce operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor team performance and address workflow issues in real time.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and minimize disruptions.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members and assistant managers.
Assist with scheduling and labor planning to support daily execution.
Track operational metrics and escalates trends or concerns.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Ensure inventory control and adherence to operational procedures.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or operations environments.
Experience supporting or leading supervisors, team leads, or assistant managers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly in real-time situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
