We’re looking for a highly organized, professional, and personable

Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator

to support our executive team while serving as the face of our Chattanooga office. This role is a blend of executive support, front desk management, and culture coordination. You’ll be the first impression for visitors and a trusted partner to leadership keeping priorities on track, communications organized, and helping create a positive, well-run office environment.

What You’ll Do
Executive Support

Manage calendars, scheduling, and priorities for senior leadership

Monitor and help organize email inboxes; flag key items and draft responses

Assist with travel planning and logistics as needed

Front Desk & Office Management

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates with professionalism

Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and general operations

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

High level of professionalism and discretion

Ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
