
Supply Chain/Production Planner

Responsibilities
Production Scheduling: Develop weekly and monthly plans that align manufacturing with sales forecasts.
Inventory Strategy: Optimize stock levels to prevent shortages while reducing excess inventory.
System Management: Utilize ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle) to manage orders and data.
Agile Troubleshooting: Adjust schedules in real time to handle machine downtime or demand shifts.
Process Improvement: Identify lean opportunities to boost efficiency and on-time delivery.
Material Coordination: Collaborate with procurement to align material availability with production schedules.
Troubleshooting: Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate maintenance, machine downtime, or changing demand.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business.
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and SQL.
Proactive, analytical approach to problem solving.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or MES.

Salary & Work Hours
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
Shift: First (6:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
