Key Responsibilities

Identify and escalates inconsistencies in shipment scheduling
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication
Computer proficiency and familiarity with dispatch/tracking systems
Detail-oriented with organizational skills
Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
Time management and multitasking capability
