Flexible and Full‑Time Schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends till 5pm)

Responsibilities

Work independently at multiple locations; spend time both inside and outside

Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies

Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent

Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of the daily business

Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

Physical Requirements

Transport, lift and move items up to 35 pounds

Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal, keeping clean and free of debris

Qualifications

Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies)

Valid driver's license and own vehicle for traveling between work locations and conducting work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
