Hiring immediately for a
Full‑Time Site Supervisor
at a site in Oxford, North Carolina. All shifts available. Pay rate:
$17.00 per hour; weekly pay .
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.
Act as a liaison between clients, Operation Managers, and security officers.
Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Receive and relay instructions, access control, foot patrol, and customer service.
Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs.
Requirements
Prior security, military, and/or law enforcement experience.
Great customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong report writing skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Must attend the licensing class on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Raleigh unless already holding a state PPSB‑issued security license.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
