Job Overview: Volunteer Program Coordinator
For this full‑time, temporary position, the Coordinator will work from the firm’s headquarters in New York City until July 2026. The role focuses on scoping, planning, and managing volunteer projects nationally, reporting on campaign participation, and supporting internal campaign communications.
Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate volunteer projects with nonprofit partners for employees nationwide.
Assist employees in navigating the firm’s volunteer website, including posting projects, conducting trainings, and logging volunteer hours.
Manage and run daily and ad‑hoc Excel pivot reports on campaign participation.
Coordinate with volunteer project leaders to confirm project details, provide pertinent information, and support logging of volunteer hours.
Manage logistics for on‑site and off‑site volunteer projects — requiring light lifting (5–15 lbs) and occasional evening hours during June. Assist with project execution, including volunteer check‑in, bus duty, logging hours, and t‑shirt distribution.
Answer the Community Affairs hotline and respond to e‑mail inquiries from employees and nonprofits.
Assist with ad‑hoc general campaign support and overall Community Affairs program support.
