Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Part‑time/PRN role to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
Conducting initial assessments
Developing and coordinating individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with the care team to ensure continuum of care
Documenting patient progress in the health information system
Qualifications
Current SLP license and a valid driver’s license are required.
The position requires relocation to State College, PA, prior to starting work, and involves working on the road with no fixed clinic location.
