Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mount Clare, WV, for Therapists and Case Managers. Responsibilities include providing individual and group counseling, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, conducting client assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role also involves supporting clients in their recovery goals, maintaining thorough documentation, and adhering to confidentiality and protocol standards.
Qualifications
Therapeutic and Counseling skills, including developing and administering treatment plans tailored to client needs
Case Management skills, such as assessment, planning, and referrals coordination
Ability to provide support in a compassionate and nonjudgmental manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills to document client progress and collaborate with team members effectively
Knowledge of addiction recovery practices and evidence-based treatment methodologies
Experience with specialized detoxification programs or substance abuse recovery is a plus
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required
Valid professional licensure or certification in therapy or counseling preferred
