Aptos-Capitola Veterinary Hospital is located in beautiful Aptos. Guided by Dr. River May, in a state-of-the-art new hospital that is outfitted with new modern equipment and cutting-edge technology. We are able to consistently deliver the highest quality veterinary medical, dental, surgical, and diagnostic care available. To complement our doctors, we have a team of experienced support staff and a strong leadership group who work closely together to deliver the best care to each pet and pet parent! We apply Fear Free techniques, which elevate our care by doing the best for our patients, clients, and team. Our hospital is committed to sustainability — we’re a green practice and nearly paper‑free (99% paperless!).
Qualifications:
Valid RVT credentials
Fear Free Certified? That’s a big plus!.
Proficient in dental procedures and x-rays
Proficient in anesthesia, monitoring, and recovery
Proficient in radiology.
Proficient in blood draws and catheter placement.
Team player, go getter, willing to jump‑in when needed
Positive attitude, the desire to learn and be a leader
Ability to multitask and work independently
