Seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehabilitation Services team in Del Rio, TX. This full-time or PRN role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders across diverse patients.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy to restore function and prevent disability.
Conduct swallowing evaluations and recommend dietary modifications.
Educate patients and families, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in discharge planning, quality initiatives, and safety protocols.
Requirements
Requirements include a Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, Texas licensure, BLS certification, and strong clinical skills. Preferred experience in acute care, dysphagia, and treating varied age groups.
