Overview
Monarch Dental is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This is a great opportunity to grow your career while working alongside a supportive and collaborative dental team.

Schedule (days/hours)
M-F 8am‑5pm

Responsibilities

Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures

Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

Meet all state‑specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)

Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards

Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation
$17 – $20/hr
