Overview
Monarch Dental in Lewisville, TX is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. While experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who holds a valid Texas RDA certification

Schedule (days/hours)
Wed-Friday 9-5

Responsibilities

Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures

Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)

Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards

Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
