WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT THIS ROLE

Structured, Supportive Clinical Experience – Fellows build a full-time caseload of approximately 25 client hours per week, with additional time dedicated to supervision, training, documentation, and care coordination.

High-Quality Supervision – Receive weekly individual supervision with experienced licensed clinicians, along with group supervision, providing both depth and community in your development.

Depth-Oriented Clinical Environment – Develop your skills within a practice grounded in somatic therapy, trauma recovery, maternal mental health, positive psychology, and relationship therapy, while exploring your own clinical interests.

Personalized Growth Path – Fellows are supported in doing a “deep dive” into areas of clinical passion, with opportunities to explore modalities such as Imago Relationship Therapy, EMDR, somatic approaches, and more.

Responsibilities

Build and sustain a full-time outpatient psychotherapy caseload with administrative support.

Provide high-quality, ethical client-centered psychotherapy.

Engage in supervision, training, and clinical development activities.

Complete documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

Participate in team meetings, consultations, and practice gatherings.

Engage in onboarding experiences that support growth, alignment, and sustainability.

Contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented clinical culture.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Eligible for LCPC (LPC level) or LCSW (LSW level) licensure in the state of Illinois.

Recent graduate or early-career clinician seeking to actively engage in supervision, training, and clinical development.

Strong interest in psychotherapy and long-term clinical development.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal awareness, openness to feedback, and readiness for intensive clinical growth.

Interest in somatic, relational, or growth-oriented therapeutic approaches.

Strong ethical grounding and commitment to clinical excellence.

Compensation
$48,000 - $65,000 yearly
