Overview
This position supports a global cosmetic manufacturer specializing in large?scale production of nail polish and related beauty products. The organization emphasizes color innovation, strict regulatory compliance, and collaboration with leading beauty brands worldwide.
Responsibilities
Apply, evaluate, and refine laboratory and chemical processes while maintaining accurate and detailed documentation
Collaborate closely with cross?functional teams including R&D, Quality Control, and Production
Operate analytical instruments to perform viscosity testing, water testing, and other routine lab analyses
Conduct drawdowns, visual color evaluations, and spectrophotometer measurements
Compare samples against color standards to ensure batch?to?batch consistency and quality
Learn and follow established laboratory procedures, including additional testing methods as required
Maintain a clean, organized lab environment in compliance with safety and GMP guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (flexible on degree field)
1–3 years of Quality Control or laboratory experience preferred (+ Recent grad with chemistry lab experience)
Experience working with color, pigments, coatings, or cosmetic formulations strongly desired
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated color acuity
Willingness to learn and adapt; suitable for recent graduates with lab exposure
