Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation

Occupational Therapist – Providence Rehab Resource Department (On Call, Day Schedule)
This position travels and supports the west side and Hillsboro, Oregon service area. The occupational therapist will manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient’s special physical or age-related needs. The role requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual functional levels and potential.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience.
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience.
Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Compensation
Pay Range: $46.81 - $72.66 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
