CT Technologist – Radiology (Travel)
Location: Cumming, GA, US. Start May 18, 2026 for a 13‑week travel temporary assignment. Weekly pay: $2,375–$2,504 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 12:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (10‑hour shifts). Working in an acute‑care, high‑volume CT imaging environment. No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered.

Travel assignment in radiology CT imaging
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures on multidetector scanners; position patients, select appropriate protocols, and optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
Verify patient identity and orders; screen for contraindications to contrast media and obtain required consent.
Administer or coordinate contrast media per protocol; monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond per protocol.
Acquire, review, and document CT images; adjust technical factors to achieve diagnostic‑quality scans and minimize repeats.
Maintain safety standards in line with ALARA principles, infection control, and equipment safety; ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.
Communicate with radiologists and nursing staff; prepare images for interpretation and support workflow in a busy CT suite.
Procedures may include, but are not limited to: coronary angiography imaging, biopsy guidance, abscess drainage planning, pre‑Watchman protocols, and ablation protocol imaging.
Requirements
ARRT CT Certification
AHA BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of recent CT imaging experience
Ability to work the listed shift (12:00 PM–10:30 PM, Mon–Thu)
Capacity to operate in a high‑volume CT environment and manage a busy exam load
No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered.
