Role Overview
To evaluate and treat patients, check their communication, cognition and swallowing disorders. Develop, coordinate and maintain Speech Language Pathology services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Assist in direct patient care and collaborate with team members to plan and provide care in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association.

We are hiring for multiple openings of Speech Language Pathologist positions at St Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska.
Currently Available Schedules: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week.
$5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.

Pay Range: $46.81 - $72.66 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
