The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high‑quality care to patients.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy
PharmD in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Coursework/Training – Postgraduate Year One (PGY‑1) AND Year Two (PGY‑2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience/education
Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire
Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire
Two years of Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice setting – or five years of pharmacy practice experience with at least two years in relevant setting in lieu of PGY‑1 and PGY‑2 residency requirement
Preferred Qualifications
Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license when eligible and where applicable upon hire
Wage Range
$83.92 - $134.17 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
