The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high quality care to patients.

The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high quality care to patients.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or

PharmD in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Coursework/Training - Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or equivalent education/experience.

Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.

Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire.

TWO years of Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice setting OR FIVE years of pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license when eligible and where applicable upon hire.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $83.92 - $134.17.
