What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems

Work on forced‑air, boilers (steam & hot water), oil, ductless, and high‑velocity systems

Use diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, electrical, fuel, and refrigerant issues

Maintain truck stock to complete flat‑rate repairs

Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend comfort or efficiency upgrades

Support junior technicians as needed

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)

EPA Universal Certification (preferred)

Strong troubleshooting skills and HVAC knowledge

Valid driver’s license
