Description
The Pharmacist will work in an inpatient, acute care setting and be responsible for clinical and distributive activities, including order verification, medication reconciliation, pharmacokinetic dosing, clinical monitoring, team‑based rounding, documentation, and teaching. Candidates with experience in hyperglycemia management, pain management, periprocedural management, psychiatry, geriatrics, oncology, and/or critical care will be given special consideration.
Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy degree
Current Wisconsin licensure as a pharmacist
CPR and ACLS certification
Acute care pharmacy practice experience
