The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join their team. The CMO will serve as the senior physician executive, playing a pivotal role in the strategic growth and development of all clinical programs. This includes the use of evidence-based best practices to ensure patient safety, continuous performance and quality improvement, risk management, and efficient resource utilization. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the creation of relationships, systems, processes, and incentives that promote the highest quality of care and foster engagement and satisfaction among physicians, employees, and patients.
Applicants for the CMO position at the company should be M.D. or D.O. with a strong background in physician leadership within a complex hospital or health system.
