Responsibilities
Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital, Wildomar, California.
Qualifies for a $6,000 sign on bonus.
Provide patient care excellence, including assessments, treatments and care on assigned units.
Care throughout the continuum of care, managing pain, invasive lines and surgical drains.
Practice according to all regulations, professional, legal, and hospital policies.
Demonstrate behaviors that model the core values and the hospital’s mission.
Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.

Qualifications
One year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility.
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
BSN preferred.
Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
BLS (AHA) certification.
ACLS (AHA) certification.
NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO.
