About the Role


The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President and Chief Facilities Officer to serve as the principal facilities administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in all institutional processes related to the planning, funding, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and leasing of the company's facilities. This role encompasses a significant amount of real estate, including buildings, grounds, a combined heat and power plant, and an extensive underground utility infrastructure. The Chief Facilities Officer will also be involved in the design and construction of capital projects across multiple institutions within the company's system.

Applicants for the Chief Facilities Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years' of experience in facilities, operations, construction, or maintenance, with a minimum of 8 years' in a supervisory or management role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive management, a thorough knowledge of design, sustainable building practices, utilities operation, and financial management.
