
Pallet builder 1st 2nd shift

In this role, you will be responsible for constructing customized pallets according to client specifications while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of woodworking techniques and thrive in a hands‑on work environment.
Pay
Range between $21-$26/hr including weekly production bonus
Hours
Monday-Friday
1st shift: 6am–2:30pm
2nd shift: 3pm–9pm or 10pm
Key Responsibilities
Measure and construct pallets tailored to client needs and specifications.
Select appropriate materials via careful consideration of weight and durability.
Use a range of woodworking tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble pallet components precisely.
Ensure all custom pallets meet safety and quality standards set by the company and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a pallet builder, carpenter, or similar role in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.
Proficiency in using power tools and machinery common to the carpentry trade, such as a nail gun.
Understanding of safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
Flexibility to adapt to varying production goals and client demands.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
