Description
Ultrasound Technologist PRN to work in the Radiology Department at St Mary’s Hospital in Athens, Georgia.
What You Do
Under direction of the radiologist, utilizes equipment producing two/ three-dimensional high frequency sound waves to create diagnostic images of the human body for use in diagnosis of disease or organ malfunctions.
Participate with physicians in reading sonographs and making diagnostic judgments based on test results.
What You Need
Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARDMS Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) (RVT), CCI or (ARRT).
Registered CPR BLS Certification, thru American Heart Association
Education: Graduate of an AMA approved school of sonography or radiology
Experience: At least 1 year experience preferred.
