Shift Opportunities
We are hiring for multiple shift opportunities, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with additional options for weekend-only and 12-hour shifts. Pay ranges from $26 to $40 per hour based on experience, plus incentives such as a $5,000 sign-on bonus, attendance bonuses, shift differentials, and weekly pay in a temperature-controlled, clean facility.
Role Description
The role of Processing Technician II involves supporting injection molding operations by starting up machines, troubleshooting issues, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with engineering. Key responsibilities include monitoring process parameters, managing scrap, performing material changes, and maintaining documentation to support quality and safety certifications.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of injection molding principles, DOE, and SPC. A high school diploma is required, with preferred experience of 3+ years as a Process Technician. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods is necessary.
