ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel Nurse RN – Orthopedics for a 13‑week contract position in Gallatin, Tennessee, working nights from 19:00 to 07:00 (12‑hour shifts, 36 hours/week). The start date is ASAP.
Job Description
Registered Nurse specialized in Orthopedics, Post‑Operative and Med/Surg. Provide comprehensive patient care to patients of all ages, including adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients 13 and older. Perform assessments, administer medications, collaborate with the healthcare team, provide patient and family education, and assist in post‑operative care of orthopedic and bariatric surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Monitor patient progress and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.
Perform assessments and provide educational support to patients and their families.
Assist in post‑operative care for various surgical procedures including orthopedic and bariatric surgeries.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in a relevant specialty.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH.
