Job Responsibilities
Olympic Performance Dietitian reports to the Director of Olympic Sports Performance Nutrition. Primary responsibilities include managing nutritional needs and nutritional programming for the student-athletes for Men's and Women's Basketball, Volleyball, and Softball. Counsel athletes on all aspects of performance nutrition, evaluate lab values, develop menus, work with strength & conditioning program to maximize performance by student-athletes, perform some administrative duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree and 2 years of directly related experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) required, data entry skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with student-athletes, coaches, parents, co-workers and the general public.
