Job Summary

The Olympic Performance Dietitian reports to the Director of Olympic Sports Performance Nutrition. Primary responsibilities include managing nutritional needs and nutritional programming for the student‑athletes for Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, and Softball. The dietitian will counsel athletes on all aspects of performance nutrition, evaluate laboratory values, develop menus, and work with the strength & conditioning program to maximize performance. Some administrative duties as assigned will also be required.
Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) required; data entry skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with student‑athletes, coaches, parents, co‑workers and the general public.
