
Logistics Specialist IV

Job Summary
This position plays a critical role in optimizing reverse logistics operations by managing day-to‑day rebox activities across multiple warehouse locations while maintaining data integrity and driving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the rebox program, coordinating cross‑functional activities between warehouse teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless processing of returned inventory. This role requires a hands‑on approach to managing warehouse operations, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving operational challenges in real time. It demands strong system proficiency, particularly in SAP Warehouse Management System, to maintain accurate inventory records and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day rebox operations across assigned warehouse locations, ensuring accurate classification, processing, and movement of units
Monitor packaging material availability and coordinate replenishment or transfers to prevent processing delays
Track site‑level workload, aging inventory, and non‑sellable volumes to ensure timely processing and alignment with weekly targets
Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse leadership regarding rebox standard operating procedures, escalations, and operational needs
Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Quality Control, Logistics, Sales, and third‑party logistics partners to resolve discrepancies and maintain operational flow
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly rebox performance metrics including inventory levels, creation trends, throughput, processing cycle time, and transfer activity
Maintain accurate data records in SAP, WMP, and internal reporting tools with serial‑level accuracy and timely updates across all sites
Develop dashboards, trackers, and exception reports to identify variances, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Coordinate stock transfer orders to align packaging availability with rebox requirements across all warehouse locations
Partner with Finance, Sales, Inventory Control, and Reverse Logistics leadership to provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making
Validate data integrity, reconcile discrepancies, and escalate data anomalies or system errors
Troubleshoot system discrepancies and transactional issues to ensure effective inventory management
Track and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and inventory discrepancies following established guidelines
Generate, analyze, and report key performance indicators for business processes including days of inventory, aged inventory, and shipping activity
Support execution of priority initiatives by aligning warehouse actions to daily and weekly operational goals
Support bi‑annual physical inventories completed at warehouse sites across the network
Serve as project coordinator for various operations projects supporting reverse logistics initiatives
Complete SAP WMS new process testing, training, and implementation as necessary
Identify opportunities for system and process training and provide support to complete
Skills
SAP Warehouse Management System experience
Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
Warehouse operations experience
Strong understanding of the order life cycle as it relates to warehouse, logistics, and supply‑chain operations
Demonstrated ability to analyze information and recommend appropriate courses of action
Problem‑solving skills with ability to work through others for sustainable resolution
Ability to read, prepare, interpret, and understand logistics documentation
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities from system and non‑system sources
Excellent communication skills when interacting with internal and external customers
Ability to exercise judgment within defined practices and policies
General knowledge of logistics operations related to order management and inventory controls
Ability to identify issues within the delivery cycle and make recommendations for resolution
Ability to work within a warehouse environment
Flexibility to work after‑hours or weekends as needed
Availability to travel within the United States as required
Previous Experience
Six to eight years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience
Experience with materials management, master scheduling, or production planning
Order management and customer service experience
Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations
Experience working with third‑party logistics providers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
Minimum six to eight years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
Minimum seven to eight years of relevant experience without a college degree

Pay Range: $35‑$40
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
