We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support and lead our F&B operations at our dual-property Hilton Garden Inn & Home2 Suites on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne.

Position Overview
As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily restaurant and kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting financial and operational performance. You will lead by example, motivate team members, and help drive revenue while maintaining Hilton and Blue Flame standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar, and breakfast service

Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service

Ensure all food and beverage standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures are consistently followed

Assist in scheduling, labor control, and daily operational planning

Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner

Maintain strong communication with the F&B Manager and hotel leadership team

Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management

Support training and onboarding of new team members

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards

Key Functions

Drive guest satisfaction and team engagement through strong leadership

Support revenue growth and profitability through operational execution

Maintain accurate communication, reporting, and documentation

Assist in achieving departmental financial and service goals

Uphold and enforce company policies, SOPs, and Hilton brand standards

Qualifications

Prior Food & Beverage or hospitality leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic financial understanding (labor, cost control, inventory)

ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
