Blue Flame Management manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites (dual property location). We are looking for a Line Cook.
Responsibilities
Stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies.
Prepare food for service.
Keep stations clean and organized.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
Ensure food is served simultaneously, with high quality, and in a timely fashion.
Assist with the breakfast area, including maintaining and ordering inventory for the breakfast bar.
Monitor and maintain breakfast operational expenses.
Maintain guest relations and handle guest recovery if a guest complains about their stay.
Ensure compliance with ServSafe certification requirements.
Qualifications
ServSafe certified (or willingness to obtain certification).
Preferred kitchen/food service and preparation experience.
Effective communication skills.
Positive, professional demeanor.
Team player.
Flexible availability for morning shifts.
