Blue Flame Management manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites (dual property).
We are seeking a Line Cook to support our kitchen teams.
Responsibilities
Stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies.
Prepare food for service.
Maintain cleanliness of your station.
Cook menu items in coordination with the kitchen staff.
Ensure timely, high‑quality food presentation.
Assist in breakfast area operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Handle guest relations and recoveries in case of complaints.
Qualifications
ServSafe certification required; certification will be supported if not already obtained.
Preferred kitchen/food service experience.
Effective communication skills and a positive professional demeanor.
Team player with flexible evening shift availability.
